Sunrise over Kosciuszko Chalet

The early bird really does get the worm. I changed locations to snap orange glow of first light over the Kosciuszko Chalet. The saying of ‘red sky in the morning, shepherds’ warning’ sure is true as the heavens opened up soon after I took this shot. The mountain was closed for most of the day as conditions were extremely poor. I’m very happy with the shot though developing it I wish I’d had my filters with me | 15 AUG 17
